Try a single class for $20. One per person for one time only.

KidsMembership

All age groups for kids are the same price and have a month to month membership. Simply pay your first month when you want to begin. Your membership will auto renew each month on that same date. Cancel anytime.

Adult Memberships

All memberships are on a month to month basis. Pay for your month on the day that you join. Your membership will auto renew each month on that same date. Cancel anytime.

HomeschoolMemberships

$25 per student per month.

Corporate Events & Seminars

We have several options to offer such as workplace Active Shooter defense, General Self defense, Women only Self Defense, and Team building among others. Each business has specific and unique needs so please contact us to discuss pricing.

Private Lessons

We offer 30 minute private lessons for all age groups .

$55 for 30 minutes.

School Rules and Class etiquette

This is a school. Not a gym.
Instructors are in charge.
Clothing must be clean and free of wrinkles and pet hair. No zippers.
Leave your ego at the door. There will be absolutely NO trash talking, bullying or intimidation.
Do not TEACH your partner. Encouraging is fine.
No shoes on the mat and NO bare feet in the Restrooms.
You can be no later than 10 minutes to class or you will not be allowed to take class.
Absolutely no weapons allowed in the school.
No filming any portion of class without permission.
If you take multiple classes you MUST change into a clean shirt for each class.
No food or drinks on the mat except water. Thins includes chewing gum.
All dangling necklaces or earrings must be removed. Along with watches and fitness trackers.
