Empower yourself with real-world self-defense techniques for all ages and fitness levels.
Adult Classes
Adult classes are one hour in length. We will cover strikes, situational awareness, specific defenses for real attacks. It may be a defense for someone choking you or trying to pick you up or take you down. Everything will be taught in detail and there will be plenty of time for questions.


Kids Classes
Our kids' classes focus on safety, confidence, and practical self-defense skills for young learners. Kids classes are 30-45 minutes long depending on age group. We teach kids to defend themselves against bullies by increasing their confidence and teaching effective offensive techniques. Realistically, no child is going to fight an adult effectively. So we teach kids to run from Strangers, how to make noise, how to make it difficult to be picked up or dragged away. We also push life skills like respect, confidence, discipline, responsibility, humility, and integrity.
Experience transformative training that enhances physical fitness and self-assurance in every student on your time. These are ideal for people who take classes regularly but want to work on techniques that they struggle with. Private lessons are 30 minutes long and tailored to what the individual wants to improve on.
Private Lessons




Executive classes
This is a class we offer for those adventurers that are ages 55+. They are still one hour in length and cover all of the same techniques and situational self defense training as our regular adult classes however, there is less of an emphasis on physical conditioning.
