Level 1 class for beginners. No experience necessary. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can officially meet you and show you around before class. Wear comfortable exercise clothes. We train in bare feet. Make sure that your clothes are clean and free of any animal hair. Guys can not wear Tank tops. Ladies can not wear booty shorts.
